Allergic to exercise!

That's what I seem to be at the moment! Because it so cold, all I wanna do is hibernate... which is silly really, cause exercise will make me warm!!! Just need to send the message to my brain, then maybe I will get moving! But one thing I am doing right at the moment at least is food- staying away from chocolate and wine so far!! At least tomorrow I will exercise- I have to for my netball game. Hope you girls are doing better than me at the moment!!
