too cold and rainy!!!

so slack.. this week has been bad.. have not eaten rubbish but have not kept to my strict diet either. Have not been able to go for a run as it has been raining the last couple of days and i cant take marley out in it.. im going to try and leave her with bobby and maybe go to the gym instead today. Mile stone: i can wear my jeans now with no muffin top!!! although im not feeling very motivated at all this week.. have to snap out of it!!
